The Enneagram™

The Enneagram outlines nine personality types that point to your core motivations and beliefs. It is an amazing tool to see ourselves and one another more clearly.

The Enneagram helps us see the lenses through which we see the world, which in turn shapes our behaviours. Behaviours used consistently turn into the patterns we play out in work and life. The understanding that the Enneagram provides, increases our ability to function at work and in life.

Leadership Circle©️

The Leadership Circle Profile© is a 360 degree profile that provides leaders with information about observable behaviours that impact their leadership. Presented in an easily interpreted graphic format, information about Creative Competencies that add energy to teams and organizations and Reactive Tendencies that might come at a cost, the profile creates the opportunity to understand the source of leadership behaviours and develop awareness of leadership behaviours. The profile is a well-researched tool, based on Bob Anderson’s Universal Model of Leadership, and provides a compassionate and clear point of departure for leadership development.

The LEADS in a Caring Environment™ framework embodies the key skills, behaviours, abilities and knowledge required to lead in all sectors of the economy and types of organizations. It fosters a common understanding of what effective leadership looks like at all levels.

The Dare to Lead program is based on the work of Dr. Brené Brown. The material is anchored in 15 years of research and describes leadership practices that have proven effective in creating environments fostering creativity, innovation, accountability and trust.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0) is a set of emotional and social skills which together establish how well we see and express ourselves, how we develop and maintain relationships, how we cope with challenges and how we meaningfully and effectively use emotional information.

These assessments are a predictable way to accurately assess an individuals' current level of emotional and social functioning, providing a powerful vehicle for developing action plans focused on improving performance such as increased sales, increased retention, improved leadership and work performance.
