The quality of the care we provide hinges on the health of our clinical teams. So often, we are expected to work as a team because of our roles or location, without having the opportunity to define how we will work together.

We support teams to define their work and the outcomes they collectively aspire to and create agreements for effective ways to work together to maximize the team’s impact. We support teams to work through the inevitable conflicts that arise on committed, multidisciplinary teams to create environments where every member can bring their best.

Whether you are a clinical team or a clinic team, teamwork in healthcare can be challenging. Building teams requires thoughtful leadership, careful planning, and support to navigate rough waters.

Team coaching is a forward-looking process where we consider key issues the team needs to address to develop a cohesive, inclusive, high-performing culture. We believe that teams are wise enough to creatively solve their own problems, given sufficient support. Our role as team coaches is to ask the questions that allow teams to discover how to resolve conflicts and approach challenges and opportunities in ways that bring forward the strengths of every team member.

In the process, we support you in creating work environments where good memories are made.

Specialized training and deep experience in coaching teams, combined with decades of experience leading teams, provide the basis for our work with teams. Our co-coaching model allows us to support teams more fully, and creates a greater degree of psychological safety in the room.

As one of the first coaches in the world to obtain the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) credential, from the International Coaching Federation, Cecile has the skill and experience to support your team in finding their best performance.
